It should not be confused with traditional psychological counseling: it has no diagnostic or rehabilitative pretensions, instead it has an informative and orientation character with the aim of clarifying and understanding which paths to face in order to find serenity and well-being.

Although some individuals may benefit from a few support meetings, others, due to the problems presented, may need a diagnostic examination and the start of a traditional psychological consultation.

Different ways of approaching psychological counseling at a distance

By e-mail: it is possible to send, at no cost, a first fact-finding email to ask us a question or briefly describe a problem, using the form at the bottom of this page. I will respond personally to the request and it will be my responsibility to send an answer as soon as possible (within 48 hours) to the email address indicated by you. The first consultation via email is free. If further information is required, it will be possible to continue the consultation using one of the other methods provided. The questions received, together with my answers, will then be reworded, deprived of sensitive data and published on my site in the “Information Space” section, so that they can help those who are in a similar situation.

Via chat: chat advice allows you to have a real-time comparison with the professional. It is a paid consultation and requires booking. To request a consultation via chat, simply fill in the form at the bottom of this page, indicating the time slots in which you want to be contacted. After an agreement, an advance payment of 15 euros is required for a 30-minute consultation, or 25 euros for a 60-minute consultation. The advice requires an ADSL internet connection and the Skype program, which can be downloaded free of charge at this address, upon registration. Distance psychological services to minors are not carried out without the informed consent of both parents.

By telephone or Skype call (voice only, without video): telephone advice allows direct contact, and is also designed for those who are not particularly familiar with IT tools but are willing to request a professional opinion. By filling out the form below, you can request a telephone consultation, indicating the time slots in which you are available to call (on a mobile phone number or Skype call). After booking the consultation, you will be asked to pay 18 euros for a 30 minute consultation, or 30 euros for a 60 minute consultation. Distance psychological services to minors are not carried out without the informed consent of both parents.

Via Skype video call: the video consultancy, although different and peculiar compared to a traditional studio consultancy, shares some characteristics. The possibility of seeing the therapist and being seen allows the establishment of a different therapeutic relationship, is more immediate than a telephone consultation and allows you to communicate also through non-verbal language (posture, gaze, facial expression, gestures, pauses, etc. ..) which provides valuable indicators for therapy. As for the other forms of advice, it is necessary to use the form below. Once the day and time of the first interview have been agreed, an advance payment of € 40 is required for a 45-minute video consultation. The advice requires an ADSL internet connection and the Skype program, which can be downloaded free of charge at this address, upon registration. Once the appointment has been requested, it is always necessary to wait for confirmation by email from me, as soon as I have accepted your request.

Payment must be made by bank transfer, paypal or postepay card top-up, before consulting, and only after confirming the appointment. Once the date and time of the appointment have been confirmed, you will be provided with the coordinates to make the payment. Payments by paypal or recharge of the postepay card are immediate and recommended when the requested appointment is close in time. Paying by bank transfer, on the other hand, takes longer to verify and could delay the date of the consultation.

Confirmed consultations will not be reimbursed if the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before, except in cases of objective seriousness.

I remind you that, based on the provisions of the Decree of 21 January 1994 – G.U. February 2, 1994, n. 26, psychological counseling is a VAT-free service as it is clinical in nature.

A regular invoice will be issued within 15 working days of payment.

Online / telephone consultations will be provided in accordance with the guidelines for psychological services via the internet and at a distance. This document ensures that the services provided via the web meet the ethical principles and rules of professional ethics of the psychologist (recognizability of the professional psychologist, identification of the user, protection of the transaction, confidentiality, appropriateness). We inform you that the data provided will be kept strictly confidential and will be used exclusively by the consultant Psychologist for the performance of the professional activity related to the user’s request and that in no case will they be disclosed or made known to third parties.
